Pure, flinty flavours and lime citrus emanate from our single quartz vineyard of organically
grown Sauvignon Blanc. Naturally fermented Semillon in new oak barrels comprises 20% of
the blend and provides complex flavours of spice and nougat to balance the mineral
characters and further aging potential.

A journey into the combined expression of sandstone and clay soils. Sandstone provides the
mineral and aromatic asparagus, capsicum, and citrus fruit characters; while clay adds
texture, depth, and riper passionfruit flavours in the mouth. 7% Semillon fermented in oak
provides an extra creamy sensation.
